Early Heart Attack Care

Teaching people about the early signs of heart attack that most of us tend to ignore, so as to minimize cardiac damage. Time = muscle, the more time someone waits to get medical care, the worse the damage may be. Hands-only CPR, teaching bystanders to not fear stepping in to help. The non-medical trained CPR provider CAN save a life by providing effective cardiac compressions and will teach them how to do this.
